What is the religion of jaat people?
which religion does follow jaat people?
these are some question, which are in every jaats mind.
so i try to tell you that what is the original religion followed by jaats.
there are some people who say that our religion is Hindu but this is not true! if you know history that the word "Hindu" is not mentioned in our religious book before 4th century. the oldest temple was made up in 4th century also. so there is a question what was our religion before 4th century. this was word "Vaidik" mentioned in our book. the name of god was "om" in vedas which was written about 2800year b.c. now a days we say that jaat are in three religion i.e hindu, muslims, and sikh. but sikh is not a religion, this is a panth like arya samaj, kabir panthi. the sikh as a religion was the invention of extrimist sikh. in holy shri guru granth sahib mentioned that the name of god is "om" we also say "ek omkar" and the khalsa was the name of army against muslims. there is not murti puja (idol worship) in our religion. our leader i.e Sir Chhotu Ram, Ch. Charan Singh, Thakur Desraj,and our historian also mentioned that our religion is vaidik not hindu and sikh. sir chotu ram ji also a scholar of sanskrit language. you can take the example of bhagat singh, he was the follower of arya samaj whish say that our religion is vaidik and his fathar also say that their religion is vaidik. they do hawan also. you can take the example of dharmendra also.
Who divide us as hindu and sikh they don't read our religious history.
So i want to say that jaat and jatt are not different. they are same. as we say in UP jaat ka chora and the same line in haryana we say that jatta ka chora. so this is the diff. of language b/w jaat, jatt and jatta etc. we can do a large discussion on this subject but i put a bar on my hand.
